A dark roasted bean from the volcanic southern regions of Guatemala. This coffee has a spicy flavor with a fair amount of acidity, and is quite strong. This bean brews into a very hearty cup excellent as a morning or dessert coffee. This coffee is decaffeinated using the traditional Methylene Chloride process.
